Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

Yeah, in honor of the most debated parody of my career on amiright and my sudden return, i figured i should update everyone on the fictional story of my gay brother. Once again this song is not bashing on gays but actually depicting how hard it might be for a younger brother to deal with the pressures and possible shame of having a gay brother. PEACE---Ghetto John
Their still in the room
how long has it been now?
why cant they just move?
or simple just move about?
mom make it stop
daddy died and doesn't seem to care
gee golly oh shucks
Its a story I'm afraid to share

I hide from all my friends
I hide cus they tend to laugh
this saga never ends
"OH PLEASE DONT DO THAT!"

Cus my brothers still GAY!
Thin walls, I hear them
Yeah my brothers still Gay
Not much more I can say

I feel like a fool
Like the laughing stock of the nation
like the geek in the school
they just laugh at my frustration
I'm feeling down
and I swear this much is true
They still bend over
And still bend over for you

Cus my brothers still GAY!
Thin walls, I hear them
Yeah my brothers still Gay
Not much more I can say

Shoot me
send me to the pearly gates
Gag me
place a pillow on my face

Smoking grass drinking in the pool
I try to drown out those two gay fools
Shoot me down, right down to the ground
still smells like tuna after they get out
cant bring my girlfriend home at night
she would dump me at the first site
of my bro and the stuff on his mouth
I still wish that he never came out

Cus my brothers still GAY!
Thin walls, I hear them
Yeah my brothers still Gay
Not much more I can say

Shoot me
send me to the pearly gates
Gag me
place a pillow on my face

I still dont have a straight brother now
What I dont get is offers to hang out
I still dont have a straight brother now
Hes gay kung pow
My brothers still gay

"Their" is the very first word, and it should be 'they're". This wasn't funny at all, it's actually disturbing to the point that it doesn't sound like a 'fictional' story. If someone you know or love is gay, I highly doubt the whole school give you crap about it unless you let them. Suicidal tendencies are no joking manner. . .if you have a friend, brother or other close relative who is gay--and you are having trouble dealing with it, I strongly suggest seeking professional help. There are many out there who will help for free on this topic. It's not easy when you first learn someone you are close to is gay, because we are not raised to think of it as a part of someone, but as if it IS someone. . .which may lead to thoughts of peer-pressure against people you don't really have a problem with. . .Maybe I'm reading too much into this, but it seems like it's more than just a story to me, a little too deep and not at all funny for it to be 'fictional' as you say.

ok first of all, i have first hand experience with the topic of suicide and am well aware that it is no joking matter. In fact I recently lost a loved one because of the above subject matter. And to me, it would seem that with a name like The Gay Voice you are simply trying to make a statement that has been made countless times before. The only help I would ever possibly need would be regarding the death of my grandfather. That is the only thing that haunts my thoughts. And by the way, this is a parody site, not a place to accuse people or make it seem as though they have issues. You have no clue as to who i am. You never will. Peace---Ghetto John

Nor do you as to who I am. . .and "The Gay Voice" has been here for a few months now, I'm not new. I too have first hand experience with suicide, nothing new there, I did not accuse you of anything. . .and frankly, I don't really want to know who you really are if you misunderstand people's words as much as you have mine. The fact that you write the way you do. . .means that statement I'm simply trying to make isn't so simple. . .plus you don't know my statement. . .don't think for a second that you do. . .I do not wish to have an ongoing fight with you, we all have issues, I don't have to make things seem that way. . .I have issues to. . .but don't think you know me either Mr. John. . .because you don't. . .and if you think that saying that I have no clue who you are scares me, please. . .my problems far outweigh that of any website. . .you aren't the only person that has lost people who you care about. . .but even in your own response you claim to have lost someone to the 'above' subject matter. . .wether that be someone who committed suicide, who was gay or both--you only confirmed what I said. Re-read my statement, and try to pinpoint anywhere that I said you DO have problems, I was stating an opinion--one that made you defensive when I wasn't being offensive, and I'm always at peace now. ..I don't let homophobia drive me to that dark place anymore. . .ever heard of takes one to know one--that's me on suicide and gay relatives. . .practice what you preach brother. . .practice what you preach. . .this will be my last statement to you as I really have no ill feelings toward you-Gay Voice

Ok, maybe i over reacted, and if i came across as a homophobic or having a hatred for homosexuals then I am sorry. The truth is I hadnt submitted a parody in a long time and the original parody i did of this song was a long winded debate that lasted for months. When you wrote that I immediately perceived that you were labeling me as a cruel disturbing fella. The truth of the matter is that the story truly is fictional, and when ever i do a parody it is through the eyes of someone else. In this case a little brother watches as his big brother has come out of the closet, in truth he is more paronoid then anything, a much deeper rooted insecurtiy is obviously the real issue. He is already insecure about his life, and fears about being even more tormented by his peers, so in turn Mr. Gay voice, this song is not about a gay person or someone who has been effected by someone being gay, its about a troubled little boy, looking for an excuse to tell his sorrow. Thank you, and peace---Ghetto John
