The Lyrics

This is a parody about a guy who goes on a trip across the U.S.A. to eat at every restaurant. Yes, it's another food parody, making it my umpteeth one.... but, food parodies are hilarious and easy to do. So, chow down!
I am really hungry
I am really hungry
I am really hungry
I am really hungry

My stomach's growling
On this Wednesday night
Stuffing my face to end this great fright
But this ain't just a buffet
This is a whole lot more
I'm going cross country
For restaurateurs

All I need is hunger
To go on this trip
Scarfing down the burgers and fries
Dairy Queen is okay
Pizza Hut's great
Soon I will know who's the best

Starving young travelers on a long, cross-country food trip
To visit every restaurant in the land
Starving young travelers on a long, cross-country food trip
McDonald's, watch out, cause your title's at hand

Subway is awesome, eat there today
Burgers from Wendy's, cool in their own way
When I'm down in Jacksonville, it's Hooters wings*
Soon we'll know who wins the name of Restaurant King!

All I need is hunger
To go on this trip
Scarfing down the burgers and fries
Papa John's is awesome
Mexicans' great
Soon I will know who's the best

Starving young travelers on a long, cross-country food trip
To visit every restaurant in the land
Starving young travelers on a long, cross-country food trip
McDonald's, watch out, cause your title's at hand

I ate so much, all my senses have flinched
My stomach's full, and my thirst is quenched
Who won the title, it's safe to say
There is no ruler, for they're all OK!

I'm no longer hungry
I'm no longer hungry
I'm no longer hungry
I'm so full!

Starving young travelers on a long, cross-country food trip
To visit every restaurant in the land
Starving young travelers on a long, cross-country food trip
McDonald's, watch out, cause your title's at hand

Starving young travelers on a long, cross-country food trip
To visit every restaurant in the land
Starving young travelers on a long, cross-country food trip
McDonald's, watch out, cause your title's at hand

This song, it is over
This song, IT IS OVER!
* Note that in the original song, it really sounds like he's saying "It's Hooters wings". He's really saying "It's who dares wins".

Dining out is very common for people to go on road trips. Speaking of going on road trips, starting tomorrow, me and my family are going to Florida, so I won't be commenting or doing parodies in a week or two. Yep, we're going to drive down there. And we're going to eat at Mickey D's, Dunkin Donuts, and KFC. Back then, my uncle (may he rest in peace) used to take us to Arby's for lunch and dinner and I get sick of it every now and then. In case you don't get enough v/c in your parodies, never give up hope. You're a good parody writer anyways. Take 5 burgers, 5 fries, and 5 soft drinks to go!

Thanks for the comment, Christie! If I remember right when I viewed your MySpace page, that's a long way to drive, but for privacy issues, I won't post where you're from. I will miss you though. You're such a good parody writer and one of my boon companions on AmIRight. By the way, sorry about your uncle. I really like getting comments on my parodies, but I never lose hope, no matter how unpopular my parodies are! (Just look at "Osu Tatakae Ouendan") P.S. Are the real photos of you on MySpace private? I'd like to see a picture of you, but all I found was an anime girl and some balloons. Are your real photos set to private, or do you not have any? If they're private, I won't be able to view them because I'm not old enough for a MySpace account. Sorry about the long comment.

(chuckles) Welllll...I don't have actual photos of myself right now. I hope to get them soon. I don't know when, though. I also deleted another balloon picture on my MySpace page. The anime girl is actually Kairi from Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2 and the boy she is with is actually Sora. Anime fan pic.
DJ Blaze - June 04, 2009 - Report this comment
Kairi and Sora? So that's who they were.... my bro borrowed Kingdom Hearts from a friend, and I got as far as the Tarzan Jungle. I also read the manga from Tokyopop. Anyways, don't worry about the pictures. Put them on whenever you feel like it.

Just so you know, I have recently updated my MySpace page. I finally got some pictures on it! If you like, you can go check it out! And about working on your CD once you get your own comp and recording equipment, that's really something for you! Good luck on that! I would like to make recordings of my parodies someday but unfortunately I don't have any recording equipment because I can never afford it!

Just checked it out the pix and everything. You have that many comments from the Devon Werkheiser fan club? And I also noticed a comment from fellow AmIRighter Jeff Reuben. BTW, when I do my CD, I have to admit... I sing horribly. If I ever upload the tracks to AmIRight, well... I'll quote Squilliam Fancyson: "I hope the audience brings lots of... IBUPROFEN!!"
