God must be a Republican....He loves to kick people when they're down. I won't bore you with details, but trust me: God just humiliated me and caused me some really bad stuff that happened....and I hate His %$#@ guts!!! And if this bothers you, just remember.....It's a free country!

I empathize... been there. It's hard not knowing what God is doing when we suffer, especially if unjustly and for long periods of time w/o any answer to prayer. Some ARE tested more than others and it seems unendurable at times. The fact that God is omniscient, omnip[resent, and omnipotent makes it worse for the Believer than a non-believer b/c we KNOW God KNEW our entire lives BEFORE we were ever born!!! HE has the resources to fix any problem at any time and does for certain people good & evil. But when you are one of those in constant trials & tribulations w/o end and in pain- it hurts. Often we are referred to Job or the Psalms (many written by David while in hiding from Saul). But they sometimes fail to give any comfort and we ask ourselves does the end justify the means??? In my case, I say NO as well, but keep on going until the end... 555! Hang in there!

Are you sure it's not just bad luck? I find it hard to believe that any divine being is really controlling things. It seems more likely to be a matter of "what goes around comes around."

God and the devil are both gone. They got bored and disgusted with mankind. It would take a thousand Jesus' to die for all the sins we've racked up since they crucified Him 2000 years ago. And the devil left in stunned silence after witnessing the 20th century. His work is done.
