Agree completely with the sentiment, so 5 on funny. I don't know this Britney song either, so looked up the lyrics on the web. Not quite a perfect match on what we call "pacing" --- that the parody can be sung smoothly to the original. In most cases, that means that the number of syllables in the lines match, and (ideally) the accents or stresses match as well. Example: Line 2: OS:
Just wanna go that extra mile for you (10 or 11 syllables).... Parody:
I want more attention from you (8 syllables)
so it comes up short when you sing it. Therefore, overall vote 455
TG, you are very creative. That's the hard part. Fine-tuning these technical issues will make you an excellent parodist. Hope this discussion helps. Regards, TT.
