"Evil Ways"
Misheard Lyrics: With Tina Jones and a who knows who.
Original Lyrics: Jean and Joan and a who knows who
|
Story about this misheard lyric by: Rick Harley I first heard this song when I was only 10 or 11 and I'm in my early 60s now. I've always wondered who Tina Jones was and if it was referring to something other than a woman. Tina being used in place of the name of a drug. When the song came on and I sang the lyrics I had to look up finally to find out it was Jean and Joan. |

"No one to depend on"
The Lyrics: No tengo anadie
Why: This is one of the many songs that Santana uses Spanish words in English songs. "No tengo anadie" means "I have nobody" in Spanish.
